Put God First
Thirsty For God Thursday, October 29, 2020

“When you decide to serve God with your whole heart and make Him first in your life, your soul will prosper and your joy and peace will increase. Remember to lean on Him more than anything else, and tell Him, “God, I want to do this, but I can’t do it without You.” He doesn’t expect you to live for Him in your own strength or ability, and He understands when you make mistakes.

So if you mess up, don’t be discouraged and let it hold you back; confess it and keep going. God will give you grace to do what you need to do. One day at a time, you and God together can do anything!
As we live to please God, He promises to bless our lives and make us prosper”. - Joyce Meyer

“If you HOLD ON to EVERYTHING, and LET GO of GOD, you will LOSE EVERYTHING
But if you LET GO of EVERYTHING, and HOLD ON to GOD, you will have EVERYTHING” - Nehemiah Libre

Merciful God
Thirsty for God Thursday- October 15'2020
“The Bible is full of phrases such as “to be merciful, ” “to have mercy on, ” or “to show mercy toward.” Mercy is integral to understanding God’s dealings with us.
Mercy is defined not only as an act of forgiveness and compassion but as not giving us what we deserve, whereas grace is God giving us something we don’t deserve.
Having been shown great mercy, we ought to be more merciful to others. Knowing that God is merciful and has forgiven us our sins, surely, we can forgive those who have sinned against us and show them mercy. “- by Jon Dyer
For the Lord your God is a merciful God; he will not abandon you or destroy you or forget the solemn covenant he made with your ancestors. Deuteronomy 4:31

Godly Influence

Philippians 4:8-9
“Finally, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you”

“Godly influence is one who moves others onto God’s agenda. Before we can influence others toward godliness, we ourselves must be under God’s influence—seeking God’s direction, obeying His impulses, and being where we’re supposed to be so God can use us.” By Ministry127

Feed your Faith

In this pandemic era, we are greatly depressed and discouraged. But my friends, all these cannot stop us in our Spiritual journey. We should not stop until we got an approval from God. How? Our faith should be anchored on a solid ROCK.
We should never stop until our anchor holds and grips the solid rock, which is JESUS! Once you anchor that faith to Christ you can assure of your salvation to eternity
—Pastor Nehemiah Libre
